- Milk 0 qt
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste

Sort the groats, rinse, dry, and grind them with the beaten eggs.

Spread the prepared groats on a baking sheet and dry them in a preheated oven, turning off the heat.

Transfer the groats to a pot, pour in the milk, and cook over medium heat until it completely evaporates, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 4
Salt the cooked porridge, let it cool, and pass it through a sieve.
Step 5
Serve with cream and butter.
