- Flounder 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Basil ½ teaspoon
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the flounder by filleting it. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with basil, then roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
Step 2
Fry the rolls in oil until golden brown. Mix grated cheese with two egg yolks. Whip the four egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cheese mixture. Place the fish rolls in a greased baking dish, pour the cheese mixture over them, and bake for 10–15 minutes at 390°F.
