Florentine Pizza
Ingredients
- Spinach 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Olive Oil ¾ cup
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
- Asparagus 10 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the spinach with arugula and 0.5 cup of oil until smooth. Then season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 2
For the dough, mix honey in 60 ml of water, add yeast, and let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy. Combine the flour, ¾ cup of honey and yeast mixture, and mix everything with a mixer.
Step 3
Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough in it, and keep it warm for 1 hour. The dough should double in size. Remove the dough, knead it, and put it back for another 45 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 500°F. Dust a baking sheet with flour. Roll out the dough and place it on the baking sheet.
Step 5
Spread the herb paste, asparagus, corn, peas, and ricotta on the dough. Bake for 12 minutes.
Step 6
Fry the eggs so that the yolk remains runny and place two eggs on each finished pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
