Preheat the oven to 355°F. Sauté the spinach in olive oil and distribute it into 4 ceramic pots. Top with 2 tablespoons of cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Crack an egg on top, ensuring the yolk remains intact. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese, and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
