Ingredients
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Skim Milk 5 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 0 oz
- Grapefruits 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the oat flakes in milk overnight in the refrigerator to swell.
Step 2
In the morning, add the egg white, cinnamon, and vanillin to the swollen and increased flakes. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Cook the pancakes in a dry non-stick skillet (without oil) until they are a delicious brown color.
Step 4
Mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt, place the first pancake on a plate, and evenly spread the resulting yogurt-cottage cheese mixture on top, then add sliced fruits/berries, nuts, or any toppings of your choice, and cover with the second pancake. Repeat the same process with it.
