  • Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
  • Green peppercorns to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fish into strips of 0.5x4 cm and place in a half-liter jar. Pour in the vinegar and mix.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, peel, and julienne the carrot and cucumber. Peel and mince the garlic.

Step 3

Add all the vegetables to the fish once it turns white. Add red and black pepper, soy sauce. Let the dish marinate in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
