Fish Sashimi with Marinade
Ingredients
- Blue Ling Fillet 20 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Radish 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- 9% Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the semi-frozen fish into very thin strips.
Step 2
Add the finely shredded radish and carrot.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the fish.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, pour in the vinegar. Gently mix with your hands.
Step 5
Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
