Fish Rolls
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Armenian Lavash 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into a blender (remove any bones if present). Also cut the butter into the blender, preferably at room temperature. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Spread the fish mixture onto the lavash, about 15 cm wide. Roll it up, ensuring that the last turn of the lavash is 'loose' so that nothing leaks out.
Step 3
Wrap the roll in plastic wrap to prevent the lavash from drying out, and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then take it out, slice, and serve.
