Fish Roll with Egg and Herbs
Ingredients
- Fish 20 oz
- White bread 2 slices
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Herbs 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Sugar a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the fish, cleaned of bones and skin, through a meat grinder. Add the bread soaked in milk, salt, and sugar to the minced fish. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Spread the minced fish on a wet napkin in a layer of 1–2 cm.
Step 3
For the filling, mix the finely chopped and lightly fried onion with the hard-boiled egg and finely chopped herbs. Place the filling on the minced fish and roll it up.
Step 4
Place the roll on a baking sheet greased with oil and sprinkled with ground breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes at a temperature of 465°F.
