Fish Hae
Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salt 1½ teaspoons
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers ½ teaspoon
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the fish from the bones and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut half of the medium carrot into julienne strips.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 4
Add the carrot, onion, salt, sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, red pepper, and vinegar essence to the fish. Mix everything together. Then pour hot vegetable oil over the mixture and add the garlic.
Step 5
Mix everything again and refrigerate for 8 hours.
