Ingredients
- Glutinous Rice Flour 1 cup
- Water 5 cups
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Condensed Milk to taste
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine the rice and water in a large pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes. After this time, stir in the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and sugar, and whisk the mixture gently. Cook the rice for another 3–5 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Serve the pudding with condensed milk.
