Ingredients
- Hamburger Bun 12 pieces
- Sole fillets 0 lbs
- Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Beans 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in milk and squeeze it out.
Step 2
Pass the fish fillet, peeled onion, and soaked bread through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Add eggs, salt, and pepper to the minced mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Form 12 flat patties from the fish mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil over low heat on both sides.
Step 5
Warm the buns slightly in the microwave and cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 6
Spread a little tartar sauce on the bottom half of the buns and place a slice of cheese on top.
Step 7
Place a fish patty on the cheese, generously drizzle with tartar sauce, and cover with the top half of the bun. The Filet-O-Fish is ready!
