Description
If desired, you can keep everything fresh and store it in the refrigerator or place it in a glass jar and sterilize it in the oven for 15–20 minutes. This is how I make a spicy sauce from peaches, pears, apples, plums, cornelian cherries, and currants. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients
- Green Figs 20 oz
- Minced garlic 1 head
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pass the figs through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic, very finely chop the chili pepper, and add salt, sugar, and vinegar (apple vinegar can be used).
Step 4
Mix well.
