Ingredients

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Pizza Flour 15 oz
  • Green Figs 15 oz
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
  • Brown Sugar 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the figs in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let sit for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Roll out the dough into a circle and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.

Step 3

Spread the mascarpone on the pizza base, leaving 1 cm from the edge. Drain the figs, pat dry, and cut in half. Arrange the fig halves on the mascarpone, pressing them gently into the dough. Sprinkle each pizza with walnuts and sugar. Set aside in a warm place and let rise for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 430°F. Bake for 20 minutes.
