Serve as a sauce for poultry or meat.
Ingredients
- Green Figs 20 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Merlot Grapes 15 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the figs into wedges and remove the grapes from their stems.
Step 2
Place the figs and grapes on a greased baking sheet and put in the oven at 410°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the orange zest into strips. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Step 4
Mix the roasted figs and grapes with the zest and orange juice. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper (do not use too much salt). Refrigerate for 4 hours.
