Description

You can use any type of pasta: fettuccine, spaghetti, etc. But I would specifically recommend fettuccine.

Ingredients

  • Fettuccine Pasta 5 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic Scapes 5 cloves
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Courgette 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and 4 cloves of garlic.

Step 3

Pour a little olive oil into a preheated skillet and first sauté the garlic. Then remove the garlic and sauté the onion with the lid on, until it becomes translucent.

Step 4

Pour in the dry white wine and let it evaporate (you can skip the wine, but it tastes better with it).

Step 5

Add the shrimp to the skillet, pour in the water from the cooked pasta (or, if available, vegetable broth for better flavor), and simmer everything for about 5–7 minutes.

Step 6

Add a little butter for flavor. You can also lightly pepper it for aroma.

Step 7

Slice the zucchini into thin strips, about the width of fettuccine. Zucchini can be substituted with fresh cucumber.

Step 8

Crush a clove of garlic and finely chop it.

Step 9

Add the cooked pasta to the prepared shrimp sauce, then add zucchini, garlic, and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan.
