Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta 10 oz
- Seafood cocktail 10 oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, adding a little olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking, then add the pasta.
Step 2
Drain the pasta in a colander, then transfer it to a serving dish.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add some butter, and toss in the seafood mix. Season with salt and pepper. The seafood should be lightly sautéed.
Step 4
Bring the cream to a boil until it thickens, adding the seafood. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with parsley, and if desired, top with grated cheese.
