
Fettuccine with Salmon

If desired, the dish can be garnished with grated cheese and a sprig of cilantro, basil, or parsley.
Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 10 oz
- Fettuccine Pasta 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion ½ piece
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Yakiniku sauce 2 teaspoons
- Chinese green beans 0 oz
- Basil to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground clove a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Slice the onion, carrot, and pepper into strips. Rinse the green beans with cold water.
Step 3
In a skillet, sauté the carrot, onion, bell pepper, and green beans in vegetable oil with the garlic clove. Drizzle the vegetables with soy sauce. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the salmon to the partially cooked vegetables, removing the garlic clove beforehand. Sprinkle with dried basil, drizzle with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Cook until done (15 minutes).
Step 5
Boil the fettuccine.
Step 6
On a plate, place the fettuccine, then top with the fish and vegetables.
