Fettuccine with Porcini Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta 15 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms 15 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water (al dente pasta is slightly firm to the bite).
Step 2
Sauté the onion in butter.
Step 3
Add the previously soaked mushrooms to the skillet.
Step 4
Pour in 0.5 cup of mushroom soaking water. Increase the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Transfer the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
