Ingredients
- Brie cheese 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 6 teaspoons
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 7 teaspoons
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Fettuccine Pasta 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the rind from the Brie cheese and cut it into cubes. Transfer to a bowl and add minced garlic, olive oil, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped basil, grated lemon zest, and the juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and return to the pot. Add the brie mixture, stir, and serve.
