
Fettuccine with Cream Sauce

Description
To prevent the spaghetti from sticking together at the end of cooking, toss it with olive oil instead of butter. Solidified butter on pasta doesn't look appealing.
Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta 10 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. In the meantime, pour cream into a skillet (preferably thick cream, such as 23% fat), season with salt and pepper, and add the diced chicken (previously sautéed or baked, depending on your taste preferences). Let the sauce simmer over medium heat until it starts bubbling with occasional bubbles.
Step 2
Add salt to the boiling water and cook the spaghetti for 6 minutes.
