Fettuccine with Crab Sauce
Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta 10 oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 0 oz
- Brandy 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Step 2
Cut the garlic in half, sauté it in hot olive oil, and then discard it, allowing it to release its flavor. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the cream and brandy. Simmer for a minute and add the chopped crab meat, salt, and pepper. Turn off the heat after 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the sauce to the pasta, mix well, and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.
