Fettuccine with Chicken and Mushrooms

You can use porcini mushrooms instead of button mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta 10 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the fettuccine until al dente.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes, sauté in vegetable oil, add chopped mushrooms, season with salt, and cook until done.
Step 3
Sauce: pour the cream into a small saucepan, heat it, add the cream cheese, mix well, add the grated hard cheese, stirring while heating until the sauce is smooth.
Step 4
Place the chicken and mushrooms on the fettuccine (you can mix them), and drizzle with the cheese sauce.
