- Fettuccine Pasta 5 oz

- Sugar 0 oz
- Bananas 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ice Cream 0 oz
- Strawberry Sorbet 0 oz
- Fresh Basil 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta for 7 minutes until al dente.
Step 2
Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Add butter and sugar to the skillet to caramelize the bananas.
Step 3
Add the cooked pasta and a little of the pasta cooking water (1–2 tablespoons) to the bananas. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Transfer the pasta with bananas to a deep plate, top with a scoop of ice cream and sorbet. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
