  • Fettuccine Pasta 10 oz
  • "Almette cheese with Maasdam cheese" 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta in salted water (make sure it doesn't overcook and remains slightly firm).

Step 2

Carefully remove the cooked pasta from the water (if the pasta is initially twisted into nests, ensure they maintain their shape), drain in a colander, and rinse with warm water. Then gently twist the pasta into nests.

Step 3

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, chop finely, and mix with the minced garlic. Drizzle the pasta with olive oil.

Step 4

Place the tomatoes with garlic in the center of each nest and generously sprinkle with cheese and chopped herbs.

Step 5

Serve hot.
