- Fresh Mushrooms 4 cups
- Fava Beans 4 cups
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Pancetta 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped pancetta, finely chopped onion, and thinly sliced mushrooms. Sauté until soft and golden brown.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Add the beans, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring. Serve warm or at room temperature.
