- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Pancetta 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Dry White Wine ½ cup
- Fava Beans 25 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the finely chopped pancetta and finely chopped onion until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the wine, beans, and pepper. Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt.
