- Courgette 5 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Shrimp 3 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté finely chopped onion in oil. Add shrimp, cut in half, and coarsely grated zucchini. Stir-fry the mixture over high heat for one and a half to two minutes, then add cherry tomatoes, pour in the wine, and let it evaporate.
Step 2
Season the contents of the skillet with pepper, pour in the cream, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and simmer until it reaches a sauce-like consistency.
