Description

Delicious and quick! Moreover, kids will love it — I tested it on my nephew. Melted cheese adds completeness and tenderness to this dish.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli 20 oz
  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Cooked Ham 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Basil 4 pieces
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the broccoli, divide it into florets, and cut the stems into small pieces. Wash the broccoli. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, rinse with cold water, and drain in a colander.

Step 2

Cook the farfalle in a large amount of boiling salted water without overcooking. Drain in a sieve and let the water drain off.

Step 3

Peel the onion and garlic, and chop them into cubes like the ham. Sauté the onion and garlic cubes in hot butter until translucent.

Step 4

Add the ham cubes and broccoli, and sauté a little.

Step 5

Mix with the cottage cheese and cheese, and melt over low heat.

Step 6

Wash the basil, dry it, and separate the leaves from the stems. Toss the farfalle with the sauce, sprinkle with a few basil leaves, and serve.
