Farfalle with Chicken, Broccoli, and Mushrooms in Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the champignon mushrooms, cut them in half, then slice them lengthwise.
Step 2
Chop the garlic.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli into florets, discarding the stems.
Step 4
Sauté the mushrooms, garlic, and broccoli in vegetable oil. Add salt and set the pasta to boil.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 6
Sauté in a pan, adding salt and pepper.
Step 7
Drain the cooked (and salted) pasta in a colander.
Step 8
Heat the cream until it comes to a boil.
Step 9
Add the processed cheese to the cream.
Step 10
Combine the pasta with the sauce, mixing well.
Step 11
Add the remaining ingredients: mushrooms with broccoli and chicken, and mix.
