Farfalle with Chicken and Honey
Ingredients
- Chicken bones 4 pieces
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the meat from the bones, discarding tendons, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter in olive oil and sauté the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the soy sauce and honey.
Step 4
Stirring actively, cook until done. Do not salt.
Step 5
Cook the farfalle al dente in salted water, then add to the chicken and mix.
Step 6
Reserve a little (50 ml) of the pasta cooking water.
Step 7
Pour it into the pan and simmer for another three minutes, stirring.
