Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Goat cheese 0 oz
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente. Chop the onion and sauté it in butter, then add the chanterelles. Season with salt.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add the flour, and stir actively to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Heat the cream and pour it into the flour mixture while stirring. Cut the cheese into pieces and add it to the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and oregano. Cook without boiling until thickened. Then mix with the chanterelles and serve with the pasta.
