Description

This dish is prepared very quickly and easily. According to a recipe from Gourmet Globe.

Ingredients

  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
  • Pork tenderloin 10 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil water, wait until it boils, and then add the farfalle pasta. Cook it in the traditional way.

Step 2

Slice the pork loin into thin slices, then cut each slice into strips and each strip in half. Do not chop too finely.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, grate the cheese using a fine grater. You don't need a lot, just enough to add stickiness to the pasta.

Step 4

Mix the mustard sauce for the pasta in a separate bowl or cup: for every two tablespoons of mayonnaise, add one teaspoon of Dijon mustard (per serving). Taste the sauce as you add ingredients. Depending on how spicy you like it, you can add more or less mustard. Add 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce (though it can be omitted, it's better with it) and mix everything together. The sauce is ready.

Step 5

Combine the sliced pork loin with the cooked pasta and the prepared sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and heat in the microwave for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts and the pork and sauce are warm.
