Farfalle pasta with chicken and honey
Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta 20 oz
- Chicken Drumstick 25 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 3 spoons
- Honey 4 spoons
- Salt 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the farfalle for 15 minutes (or as indicated on the package) in a large pot of salted water. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the olive oil.
Step 3
Sauté the meat for about 5 minutes, do not add salt.
Step 4
Add soy sauce and honey. Mix well and fry until cooked through.
Step 5
Taste the meat and adjust the salt (with soy sauce) and sweetness by adding honey if needed.
Step 6
Add the cooked farfalle to the chicken, along with 50 ml of the water they were cooked in. Mix well.
Step 7
Sauté for another 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
