Ingredients

  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 1 piece
  • Cream 22% 5 oz
  • Chicken fillet 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the farfalle in salted water.

Step 2

In a hot skillet with oil, slightly melt the finely chopped cheese and add the diced meat. Sauté.

Step 3

Pour in the cream and simmer for 15-30 minutes on low heat. Place the bow-ties on a plate and drizzle with the cream sauce.
