Fajitas
Appetizers • Mexican
Description
Mexican fajitas are often referred to in Russian as "fajitas," using the plural form in Spanish. Essentially, they are similar to shawarma: tacos with grilled meat wrapped in a corn tortilla. Making them at home is incredibly simple. The key is not to forget about the sauces that will enhance the flavor of the fajitas: guacamole works perfectly, as does regular sour cream.
