Ingredients
- York Ham 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Canned Corn 0 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup 0 oz
- Gelatin 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs 10 pieces
- Herbs 2 stems
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the eggs. We only need the shells. Carefully make a hole about 1.5-2 cm in diameter at the blunt end and pour out the yolk and white (they are not needed).
Step 2
Soak the shells briefly in a baking soda solution, then rinse with regular water.
Step 3
Cut the ham and boiled fillet into thin strips.
Step 4
Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions in the broth. I think you can use less broth and more gelatin.
Step 5
Place the shells in a container (opening up).
Step 6
Begin layering the cut ingredients into the shells as your imagination suggests. You can pile everything together or layer it. Don't forget the herbs.
Step 7
Pour the gelatin solution over everything and refrigerate overnight.
Step 8
In the morning, remove them, peel like regular eggs, place on a plate, and garnish.
