Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Dry Curd 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg in a bowl until frothy.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the crumbled cottage cheese with sugar and salt.
Step 3
Add the eggs to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 4
Knead a thick dough, gradually adding flour by the tablespoon. The dough will be grainy and firm.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 7 equal parts.
Step 6
Shape each part into a ball.
Step 7
Form cheese patties from the balls, gently pressing each ball on both sides.
Step 8
Place the cheese pancakes in a skillet with vegetable oil.
Step 9
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown (on a gas stove in a thin aluminum skillet, it takes me about 4 minutes).
Step 10
Transfer the pancakes to a plate. They are best served with sour cream or honey.
