Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- 7 Grain Flakes 2 tablespoons
- Flaxseeds 1 teaspoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Berries 2 tablespoons

Step 1
If using frozen berries, take the blueberries out of the freezer and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In your favorite bowl, place the cereal, flax seeds, and dress with honey and natural (or Greek) yogurt. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the cereal to swell and soften.
