Ingredients
- Vermicelli 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Water 10 fl oz

Step 1
Pour the vermicelli into a hot skillet with oil. Fry, stirring constantly.
Step 2
When the vermicelli takes on an uneven color from light golden to slightly dark, pour in 2 cups of cold water. Allow some of the water to evaporate, then cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat. Remember to stir. You can add salt at any time.
