Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Sour Cream 6 tablespoons
- Paprika to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat 175 grams of butter with the other ingredients in a food processor. Divide into four molds.
Step 2
Melt the remaining butter over low heat. When it starts to bubble, remove from heat and pour the clear liquid into a jug, leaving the cloudy liquid in the pot.
Step 3
Pour the bright yellow butter into the molds and let it set. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
