  • Pork Skewers 2 pieces
  • Bacon 2 pieces
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Fresh Mushrooms 6 pieces
  • Blood Sausage 1 piece
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Potato 5 oz
  • Beans 0 oz
  • White bread 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • HP Brown Sauce 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pre-boil the potato in advance.

Step 2

Place the pork sausages in the oven for 10 minutes at 390°F. Fry the bacon in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the mushrooms into quarters and add them to the bacon. Cut the tomato in half and fry the halves in the same pan.

Step 3

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Add a little milk, salt, pepper, and whisk. Pour into a saucepan and place over low heat. Constantly stir and scrape the bottom to cook until firm.

Step 4

Cut the potato into wedges and add it to the pan with the bacon, mushrooms, and tomato. Slice the blood sausage and add it as well. Fry on both sides. Then add the beans in tomato sauce to all these ingredients. Heat well.

Step 5

On a large plate, arrange 2 sausages, bacon, tomato, potato, mushrooms, beans, blood sausage, and the egg omelet. Add a small amount of ketchup and English brown sauce, as well as bread, which should be fried at the very end in the same pan.
