Ingredients
- 10% cream 2 tablespoons
- Blue Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Endive 2 heads
- Veal Tenderloin 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grill the meat in advance, or better yet, use leftover cold meat from a barbecue. Slice it thinly.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and crumbled blue cheese until smooth.
Step 3
Arrange the endive leaves on a plate, place a piece of meat on top of each. Add a small amount of cheese cream on each piece.
