Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Ramiro Pepper ½ piece
- Leek 0 oz
- Kebabs 0 oz
- Butter 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the leek and ramiro pepper.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 3
Add the kebab sauce (1 heaping tablespoon).
Step 4
Add the vegetables.
Step 5
Mix well.
Step 6
Heat the butter and mustard oil in a skillet.
Step 7
Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet and add salt.
Step 8
Add pepper.
Step 9
After 2–3 minutes, reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 10
After 5 minutes, the eggs are ready!
