  • Chicken Egg 6 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Boursin Cheese with Garlic and Herbs 3 cloves
  • Ground Black Pepper 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs hard, then peel them, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.

Step 2

Place the yolks in a separate bowl, mash them with a fork until smooth, and add the crushed garlic, ground pepper, and mayonnaise. The amount of garlic and pepper is relative, as tastes vary. Add enough mayonnaise to ensure the mixture is not too dry but also not too runny, similar to thick and creamy sour cream.

Step 3

Once the mixture is ready, carefully spoon it into the egg whites. You can make it heaping, as the more filling, the tastier it is.

Step 4

After filling all the whites, you can spread mayonnaise on top of the halves and garnish with herbs.

It's very simple, delicious, and doesn't take much time :) A great appetizer if unexpected guests arrive.
