- Fillet of Sturgeon 5 oz
- Onion ½ piece
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Antonovka apples ½ piece
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the herring spread. For this, pass the herring fillet, butter, onion sautéed in vegetable oil, and half of the peeled apple through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard. Peel them, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks, and mash them with the herring spread.
Step 3
Fill the egg halves with the prepared mixture, spread mayonnaise on top, and garnish with herbs.
