Eggs Stuffed with Cucumber

Ingredients
- Courgette 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Onion 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs and cucumber.
Step 2
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Remove the yolk from each half of the egg and chop finely.
Step 4
Finely chop the boiled cucumber using a meat grinder.
Step 5
Sauté in vegetable or butter, cool, and add the yolks, sautéed onion, salt, and a bit of mayonnaise.
Step 6
Mix everything and fill the egg halves with the stuffing, then shape each half into a whole egg.
Step 7
Top with the remaining mayonnaise, season with spices, garnish with herbs, and serve.
