  • Chicken Egg 6 pieces
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dill 1 sprig
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs hard (10-15 minutes after boiling). Peel, cut in half, and remove the yolk.

Step 2

Mash the yolk with butter, add grated cheese. Mix well.

Step 3

Gradually add sour cream to the mixture and mash until fluffy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Trim the bottom of the egg halves to make them stable.

Step 5

Place the egg whites on a plate and fill them with the cheese cream.

Step 6

Garnish the stuffed eggs with chopped dill or parsley.
