- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Whole egg ½ piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Scallions 0 oz
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks, fill the whites with caviar, and place them on a plate, beautifully arranged with sliced tomatoes, the yolk passed through a sieve, green onions, and dill; drizzle the stuffed eggs with mayonnaise sauce.
Step 2
To make the sauce: mix the raw yolk, mustard, and salt, and gradually, in a thin stream, pour in the vegetable oil while quickly whisking and blending the sauce. When the oil begins to thicken, gradually add vinegar.
