Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Butter 3 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut the tops off the tomatoes. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and seeds. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place the hollowed tomatoes on the baking sheet. Add a teaspoon of butter to each. Crack an egg into each tomato. Season with salt to taste. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Season with pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions. Serve hot with bread or breadsticks.
